Infinity Program Terms

Last Updated: July 31, 2026  ·  Haptick LLC

1. Overview

Haptick LLC (“Haptick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Haptickk service marketplace application and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Haptickk Infinity Program (“Infinity” or the “Program”) is an optional rewards program under which eligible individual customers may earn cash rewards for recruiting new service providers (“Providers”) to Haptickk and for eligible bookings completed by those Providers across Haptickk’s launch service categories—Beauty & Grooming and Lifestyle (Fitness, Culinary, Events & Media, Wellness, and Car Detailing).

Refer a Provider once. Earn a percentage of every eligible booking that Provider completes on Haptickk for ten months.

Infinity is not a job, franchise, business opportunity, multi-level marketing (MLM) program, or investment. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Infinity Program Terms (the “Infinity Terms”), which supplement and form part of the Haptickk Terms of Use and Provider Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Eligible Participants

Infinity is available only to natural persons who:

  • Have a valid Haptickk customer account in good standing.
  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
  • Have completed any required identity verification and tax onboarding requested by Haptick.

Business entities, organizations, and other non-individual accounts are not eligible to participate in Infinity.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each participant may hold only one Infinity account. Creating additional accounts to generate self-referrals, circular referrals, or duplicate rewards is a violation of these Infinity Terms and may result in forfeiture of rewards, suspension, or termination.

3. How Infinity Referrals Work

3.1 Purpose of Infinity

Infinity is designed to reward eligible customers who help Haptickk grow its supply of Providers by referring new businesses and professionals to the Platform.

Participants do not earn Infinity rewards for referring other customers or for their own bookings. Infinity rewards are based solely on Eligible Bookings completed by Providers that the participant directly recruited to Haptickk.

3.2 Qualifying Referred Providers

A “Referred Provider” for Infinity purposes is a Provider that meets all of the following conditions:

  • The Provider created its Haptickk account by using or following a unique Infinity referral link or code associated with the participant.
  • The Provider completed Haptickk’s onboarding process, including any required verification, compliance, and approval steps.
  • The Provider was not previously registered on Haptickk under any account, and Haptick did not already have an active or pending relationship with that Provider at the time of referral.
  • The Provider’s account remains in good standing and is not suspended or terminated when the relevant booking is completed.

Haptick’s records and determinations about whether a Provider qualifies as a Referred Provider for a particular participant are final absent manifest error.

3.3 Eligible Bookings for Infinity Rewards

Infinity rewards are calculated on “Eligible Bookings” completed by Referred Providers. An Eligible Booking is a paid booking on the Platform that meets all of the following conditions:

  • The booking is completed in full by the Referred Provider, with services rendered to a Customer.
  • The booking is processed and settled through Haptickk’s payment systems.
  • The Qualified Booking Value (as defined below) is at least thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
  • The booking is not canceled, fully refunded, or charged back within the Clawback Window described in Section 6.3.

The “Qualified Booking Value” is the base service price set by the Referred Provider, exclusive of taxes, government-imposed fees, tips, gratuities, service add-ons purchased separately, the Customer Transaction Fee, and the Provider Platform Fee. Infinity rewards are calculated on the Qualified Booking Value only.

4. Reward Rate and Earning Window

4.1 Standard Infinity Reward Rate

For each Eligible Booking completed by a Referred Provider during the applicable Earning Window, the participant earns a cash reward equal to one percent (1%) of the Qualified Booking Value.

4.2 Ten-Month Earning Window

The “Earning Window” for each Referred Provider begins on the date that Referred Provider completes their first Eligible Booking on the Platform and ends on the last day of the tenth (10th) full calendar month after that first Eligible Booking date.

  • Only Eligible Bookings completed within the Earning Window generate Infinity rewards for the participant.
  • Bookings completed by the Referred Provider after the Earning Window closes do not generate Infinity rewards, even if the Referred Provider remains active on the Platform.
  • Each Referred Provider has its own independent Earning Window. Adding new Referred Providers over time therefore stacks multiple concurrent Earning Windows on a single participant’s account.

4.3 No Compounding or Stacking

Infinity rewards do not compound, stack, or combine with other percentage-based referral rewards on the same booking unless Haptick expressly states otherwise in a written promotion. If multiple promotions could apply, Haptick may determine which single promotion or reward rate applies.

4.4 No Cap on Number of Referrals

There is no cap on the number of Referred Providers a participant may recruit, provided that all recruitment and marketing complies with these Infinity Terms.

5. Rate Changes and Prospective Modifications

Haptick may change the Infinity reward rate (currently 1% of the Qualified Booking Value) or the length of the Earning Window (currently ten months) on a prospective basis with reasonable notice through the Platform.

Any such change will apply only to Referred Providers whose first Eligible Booking occurs after the effective date of the change. Referred Providers who have already begun an Earning Window will continue at the reward rate and Earning Window length in effect when their first Eligible Booking was completed.

Haptick may terminate Infinity in whole or in part such that no new Infinity earnings will accrue for transactions occurring after the termination effective date. Previously accrued, unpaid Infinity amounts remain subject to the general referral payout, withdrawal fee, and dormancy rules in these Infinity Terms.

6. Accrual, Payouts, Withdrawal Fees, and Adjustments

6.1 Infinity Balance and Balance States

Infinity rewards accrue in a monetary balance associated with the participant’s Haptickk account (the “Infinity Balance”). Each accrual passes through the following states:

  • Pending. When an Eligible Booking is completed, the associated Infinity reward is added to the participant’s Pending balance and is not yet withdrawable.
  • Available. After the seven (7) day Rolling Hold in Section 6.2 elapses without a refund, dispute, chargeback, or fraud reversal, the reward moves from Pending to Available and becomes withdrawable subject to the minimum threshold in Section 6.4.

6.2 Seven-Day Rolling Hold

Each Infinity reward is subject to a rolling hold of seven (7) calendar days from the date the underlying Eligible Booking is settled through Haptickk’s payment systems. During the Rolling Hold, the reward remains Pending and cannot be withdrawn.

6.3 Fourteen-Day Clawback Window

Even after a reward moves to Available, Haptick may reverse or claw back that reward from the Available balance (or from future Infinity earnings, or from other amounts owed to the participant) if the underlying booking is refunded, disputed, charged back, or determined by Haptick to have been fraudulent, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the booking was originally settled.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Participants may request a payout of their Available Infinity Balance once that Available balance reaches at least twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Balances below the minimum withdrawal amount may not be withdrawn but continue to accrue until the threshold is met.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawals of the Available Infinity Balance are subject to the following fees, deducted from the withdrawn amount before it is remitted to the participant’s payout account:

Withdrawal AmountWithdrawal Fee
$25.00 to $99.99Ten percent (10%) of the withdrawal
$100.00 or moreFive percent (5%) of the withdrawal

Haptick may adjust these withdrawal fees on a prospective basis with reasonable notice through the Platform. Fee changes will not apply to withdrawal requests submitted before the effective date of the change.

6.6 Payout Method and Timing

Infinity payouts are made only in cash via external bank transfer or another financial transfer method supported by Haptickk at the time of payout. Payouts are not issued as credits, coupons, or in-app currency, and Infinity does not currently offer instant payouts.

Payouts are processed within a commercially reasonable period after a valid payout request, subject to:

  • Completion of any required identity verification and tax documentation.
  • Fraud, risk, or compliance review.
  • Applicable banking and payment network delays.

Actual settlement times may vary based on the receiving bank and are typically three (3) to five (5) business days from the date the withdrawal request is approved.

6.7 Enhanced Verification on First Larger Withdrawal

For any Infinity withdrawal request exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), Haptick may require the participant to complete additional identity verification, tax documentation, or beneficial-ownership checks before the withdrawal is released. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if the participant does not complete required verification within a reasonable period.

6.8 Adjustments, Reversals, and Offsets

Haptick may adjust, withhold, or reverse Infinity rewards, or offset them against a participant’s current or future Infinity Balance or other amounts owed to Haptick, if:

  • An Eligible Booking is later refunded, disputed, or charged back.
  • Haptick determines that the referral or booking resulted from fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
  • The participant or Referred Provider violated these Infinity Terms, the Haptickk Terms of Use, or applicable law.

Haptick’s calculations and records regarding Infinity rewards, balances, and adjustments are final absent manifest error.

7. Single-Level Rewards; No Multi-Level Marketing

7.1 Single-Level Structure

Infinity is strictly single-level. Participants earn rewards only on Eligible Bookings completed by Providers they directly referred through their own Infinity link or code.

Participants do not earn rewards on bookings generated by:

  • Providers referred by other participants;
  • Providers referred by their Referred Providers; or
  • Any additional “downline” or secondary network.

7.2 No MLM or Business Opportunity

Infinity is not a multi-level marketing program, pyramid scheme, franchise, distributorship, or other business opportunity. Participation does not require purchasing inventory, recruiting others to recruit, attending paid training, or building a sales organization.

Participants may not:

  • Represent Infinity as a job, guaranteed income, or opportunity to “get rich.”
  • Charge other people for access to Infinity, training on Infinity, or similar services.
  • Offer or sell coaching, “systems,” or other paid services primarily focused on Infinity recruitment or earnings.

Haptick may terminate or suspend a participant’s Infinity access, and may withhold or forfeit rewards, if the participant markets Infinity in a misleading way or in a manner that suggests an MLM, pyramid, or business opportunity.

8. Disclosures and Marketing Practices

8.1 Endorsement Disclosures

When participants promote Haptickk, Haptickk Infinity, or their own Infinity link in public channels (including social media, blogs, videos, or other online or offline communications), they must clearly and conspicuously disclose that they can earn money from Haptickk if their referral leads to eligible activity.

Examples of acceptable disclosures include:

  • “I earn from Haptickk if you sign up as a Provider using my link and complete bookings.”
  • “Paid partnership with Haptickk—I receive referral rewards if businesses join and get bookings through my link.”

Disclosures should be placed close to the endorsement or referral link, in language that ordinary people can understand, and not hidden in a separate page or buried in a profile or terms link. These requirements are consistent with FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255), which apply to material connections between endorsers and brands.

8.2 Truthful and Non-Misleading Statements

Participants must ensure that any statements they make about Haptickk, Haptickk Infinity, or potential Infinity earnings are truthful, non-misleading, and consistent with Haptick’s guidelines.

Participants may not:

  • Make earnings claims that are unrealistic or not representative of typical results.
  • Imply that earnings are guaranteed, passive, or risk-free.
  • Use fabricated reviews, testimonials, or endorsements.
  • State or imply that Infinity earnings continue indefinitely (Infinity earnings are limited to the ten-month Earning Window per Referred Provider).

Haptick may provide additional Infinity-specific marketing and disclosure guidelines from time to time. Participants agree to follow those guidelines as a condition of participation.

9. Tax Matters

9.1 Participant Tax Responsibilities

Infinity rewards constitute taxable income in many jurisdictions. Participants are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that apply to their Infinity rewards, including income, self-employment, or other taxes.

Participants agree to report Infinity rewards as required by applicable law and to pay any associated taxes.

9.2 Tax Reporting by Haptick

Where required by law, Haptick may collect tax information (for example, IRS Form W-9 or equivalent) from participants and may issue tax reporting forms (such as IRS Form 1099-NEC) when total payments to a participant meet applicable reporting thresholds. For U.S. participants, the reporting threshold for non-employee compensation is generally $600 in a calendar year under current IRS rules.

Haptick may delay or withhold payouts until required tax information is provided.

Nothing in these Infinity Terms constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice. Participants should consult their own advisors regarding their tax obligations.

10. Program Changes, Suspension, and Termination

10.1 Changes to Infinity

Haptick may modify, suspend, or discontinue Infinity, in whole or in part, at any time, including by changing:

  • Reward rates (for example, the 1% rate).
  • The length of the Earning Window (for example, the ten-month window).
  • Eligibility criteria.
  • Rolling Hold and Clawback Window durations.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts and withdrawal fee schedules.

Unless otherwise stated, changes will apply on a prospective basis only and will not retroactively reduce rewards already earned on completed Eligible Bookings prior to the effective date of the change.

10.2 Suspension or Termination of Individual Participation

Haptick may suspend or terminate a participant’s access to Infinity, with or without notice, if Haptick believes that the participant has:

  • Violated these Infinity Terms, the Haptickk Terms of Use, or other Haptick policies.
  • Engaged in fraud, abuse, or misuse of Infinity or the Platform.
  • Provided false or misleading information to Haptick or to others about Infinity.

If Haptick terminates a participant’s Infinity access for cause, Haptick may, in its discretion, forfeit some or all of the participant’s unpaid Infinity rewards.

10.3 Termination of the Program

If Haptick discontinues Infinity in its entirety, Haptick will provide notice in the Platform. Haptick may allow a limited period for participants to request payouts of any remaining Available Infinity Balance, after which unpaid balances may be handled in accordance with applicable law and Haptick’s policies on dormant or unclaimed funds.

11. Relationship to Other Terms

These Infinity Terms supplement and form part of the Haptickk Terms of Use and Provider Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Infinity Terms and the general Haptickk Terms of Use with respect to the Infinity Program, these Infinity Terms will control.

All capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Haptickk Terms of Use.

By participating in Haptickk Infinity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Infinity Terms.
