Infinity Program Terms

Program and relationship to other terms

Infinity is Haptickk's optional, single-level business-referral program. Eligible individuals may earn rewards for directly introducing a new service provider or event organizer who joins through a qualifying referral and completes eligible revenue-generating activity. Infinity is a supply-referral program, not a customer-signup or downstream-recruitment program. These Terms supplement the Haptickk Terms of Use and Provider Terms. The Refunds, Cancellations and Financial Adjustments Policy governs financial-adjustment procedures. Swarm is a separate, organizer-funded ticket-promotion program governed by its own terms. Participation is not employment, ownership, an investment, or a guarantee of income; legal classification remains subject to applicable law.

Participant and referred-business eligibility

Participants must be natural persons at least 18, legally capable of contracting, with one personal Haptickk account in good standing. Complete required identity, tax, and payout verification. Do not participate through a false identity, undisclosed proxy, prohibited jurisdiction, duplicate account, or another person's financial credentials. A referred provider or organizer must be genuinely new to the qualifying business-referral program, join using the participant's valid referral link or code, complete required onboarding and verification, and satisfy the eligibility checks disclosed when the referral is accepted. No reward is due for a fabricated business, prohibited self-referral, circular arrangement, or duplicate registration of the same business to reset eligibility. Referral eligibility must be supported by Haptickk's records. Technical errors may be reviewed using contemporaneous evidence; our records are not conclusive when demonstrably wrong. Contact support promptly if a referral was not captured. A missing link or an ordinary later business association does not automatically create retroactive attribution.

First-business binding

A valid referral attaches to the referred user's first eligible business profile created and bound under the referral flow, either a provider profile or an organizer profile. That binding is permanent for program purposes, subject to correction of a proven error. Only the bound business type can generate rewards for that referral. Creating a second business profile, changing roles, re-registering, deleting and recreating a business, or upgrading a personal account does not create another earning stream or restart the window. A participant may refer multiple genuinely distinct new businesses, but a single referred user does not generate separate provider and organizer rewards under the same referral. Infinity binding is not Swarm click attribution. A valid Infinity referral is not reassigned because a customer later follows a Swarm link.

Reward bases and standard rate

The standard rate is 1% of the applicable eligible base, subject to the earning window, adjustments, and eligibility rules.

  • Provider bookings: The eligible base is the genuine original Base Service Price of the qualifying service before provider discounts or promotional reductions. It excludes taxes, tips, customer fees, and separately purchased add-ons not included in the qualifying service. The qualifying base must be at least $35, the service must be completed, and the transaction must be paid and settled. A fully subsidized or zero-paid transaction does not qualify unless a separate written promotion expressly permits it.
  • Organizer ticket sales: The eligible base is the amount paid for qualifying tickets after ticket discounts, before taxes and buyer fees. Complimentary, unpaid, cancelled, fraudulent, and fully refunded tickets do not qualify. The $35 service-booking minimum does not apply to organizer ticket sales.
  • No fees-on-fees: Provider platform fees, organizer platform fees, buyer service fees, buyer payment-processing fees, taxes, and tips do not generate an additional Infinity reward base. The provider-booking reward base is defined independently of the customer and provider fee calculation. Swarm uses its own post-discount ticket base. A change to a Platform fee or an unrelated promotion does not automatically amend either program's reward formula. Infinity rewards are funded by Haptickk from its revenue. A provider or organizer does not owe the referrer a direct commission and is not charged an additional Infinity deduction from its proceeds under these Terms.

Activation and ten-month earning window

For a bound provider, activation occurs upon completion and settlement of its first eligible booking. For a bound organizer, activation occurs upon confirmation of its first qualifying paid, settled ticket sale. These activation rules determine the start of the earning period, not when a reward becomes withdrawable. The earning window runs from the recorded activation instant until, but not including, the corresponding instant ten calendar months later. If the ending month lacks the corresponding day, the last day of that month is used at the same time. Haptickk records the start and end instants and displays the applicable time zone. The window is not “the end of the tenth full month after activation,” and it is not indefinite. Only qualifying activity occurring within that window can generate a new reward: completed and settled bookings for providers; qualifying paid-ticket confirmation for organizers. An eligible ticket reward may remain pending until after the window ends because event performance and settlement checks are separate release conditions. Later refunds can still reverse it. Different legitimately referred businesses may have overlapping windows. There are no downstream commissions, recruitment tiers, purchase-to-participate requirements, or rewards merely for signing up another rewards participant.

Pending rewards, holds, and withdrawals

Rewards are provisional until eligibility and settlement checks are complete. Provider-booking rewards have a seven-calendar-day minimum hold following settlement of the eligible completed booking. Organizer-ticket rewards are not releasable before the event has ended, the payment has settled, and the ticket-reward hold disclosed for that referral has expired. A dispute, refund, fraud review, or legal restriction may extend the affected hold. The event-related hold and release trigger must be disclosed before participation generates the relevant entitlement. An estimated release date is not a guarantee. A hold expiring does not eliminate later legitimate recovery rights. Infinity and Swarm use a shared personal rewards balance with separately identifiable program entries. “Pending” rewards are not withdrawable. “Available” rewards have passed the ordinary release checks but remain subject to later supported adjustments. “Withdrawn” means transferred out; it does not mean immune from reversal. The shared minimum withdrawal is $25 of available positive rewards after offsets and legally required withholding, measured before the withdrawal fee. There is no ordinary withdrawal below $25. The minimum applies to the combined amount requested, not separately to the Infinity and Swarm portions of a mixed withdrawal. For withdrawals governed by the fee schedule effective October 10, 2026:

  • Infinity portion: $1.50 per withdrawal containing Infinity funds, plus 0.5% of the gross Infinity amount withdrawn. The $1.50 applies once to that withdrawal, regardless of the number of Infinity rewards included.
  • Swarm portion: 10% of the gross Swarm amount withdrawn. There is no additional fixed Swarm withdrawal fee.
  • Mixed withdrawal: Add the two program-specific fee components. Apply 10% only to the Swarm portion and 0.5% only to the Infinity portion. Include the $1.50 once only if the Infinity portion is greater than zero. Do not apply either program's percentage to the entire mixed withdrawal or add another shared-wallet fee. The full Infinity fee of $1.50 plus 0.5% applies again to every separate withdrawal containing Infinity funds, including multiple withdrawals on the same day and withdrawals from the same previously earned rewards. Neither component is a one-time account fee or a daily charge, and payment of a fee on one withdrawal does not cover a later withdrawal. “Gross” means the amount of available rewards included in the withdrawal before deducting the withdrawal fee, not the underlying service-booking or ticket-sale value. Amounts used solely to offset a negative balance or reverse a reward are not withdrawals and do not incur these fees. The withdrawal confirmation must identify each program's gross portion, its fee component, the total fee, and the net remittance before you confirm. Program attribution follows the recorded reward entries and cannot be relabeled to change the applicable fee. Examples before any legally required withholding: an Infinity-only withdrawal of $100 has a $2 fee and $98 remitted; a Swarm-only withdrawal of $100 has a $10 fee and $90 remitted; a mixed withdrawal of $100 from Infinity and $100 from Swarm has a $12 total fee and $188 remitted. A withdrawal containing only Swarm funds does not incur the $1.50 Infinity charge. No withdrawal fee is charged for a failed or cancelled transfer unless a separately disclosed, lawful actual cost applies. This schedule replaces the earlier amount-tiered withdrawal schedule for withdrawals to which the revision validly applies. It applies prospectively from October 10, 2026, subject to required notice, acceptance, and any protection for previously accrued entitlements. It does not reprice earlier withdrawals or authorize changing previously accepted entitlements without a valid amendment. Reward-earning rates, qualification rules, holds, and clawback protections are not changed by this withdrawal-fee revision. Payouts use the supported external bank-transfer method. Rewards do not currently carry a general instant-payout promise. Bank delivery commonly requires processing time; any displayed estimate remains subject to bank, identity, tax, fraud, and legal review. Additional verification may be required for a request exceeding $250 or when reasonably needed at another amount. The $250 verification trigger is not the minimum withdrawal.

Refunds, clawbacks, and negative balances

A reward may be reduced or reversed when its underlying transaction is partially or fully refunded, reversed, finally charged back, unpaid, fraudulent, duplicated, misattributed, or otherwise ineligible under the rules accepted for that transaction. An open dispute may place affected rewards on hold; a won dispute restores the correct reward status, subject to any independent valid issue. Use the original recorded reward grant, eligible base, and rule version to calculate an adjustment. Reverse only the affected portion; cumulative reward reversals cannot exceed the original grant. For an Infinity provider reward calculated on a pre-discount base, a refund of part of the paid service amount reverses the corresponding proportion of the original reward. If $80 was paid for a discounted $100 service and $40 of that service amount is refunded, half of the original $1 reward is reversed. Refunding only an excluded tax or buyer-fee component does not reverse a qualifying base by itself. The recovery sequence is: cancel or reduce affected pending rewards; debit available shared rewards; record any remainder as a negative shared Swarm/Infinity balance; and apply future rewards from either program to that balance before further withdrawals. A balance of zero is not withdrawable; the $25 minimum must subsequently be met. No automatic debit of a participant's external bank account is authorized for an Infinity or Swarm clawback. We may suspend abusive participation and pursue lawful recovery of fraud-related or material unpaid reward debt after itemized notice, an opportunity to contest an error, and legal review. Routine small reversals are ordinarily carried forward rather than automatically sent to collections. No unrelated earned balance is forfeited as an arbitrary penalty. The ordinary refund-request period, seven-day or event-reward hold, ten-month earning period, payout, and account closure do not cap the time for an otherwise lawful, supported reversal. Recovery is limited by applicable law and the transaction's governing terms, not an artificial universal 14-day clawback cutoff.

Records, review, and taxes

We will provide an adjustment record identifying the program, source transaction or permitted reference, amount, reason, and resulting balance, subject to privacy and security restrictions. Contact support@haptickk.com to request review. We will correct verified errors and credit related recoveries so no amount is collected twice. An adjustment is not a new cash-out and does not trigger a second withdrawal fee. Refunded processor or transfer charges must be credited where they correspond to a charge allocated to you. Any treatment of a prior successfully delivered withdrawal fee must follow its disclosed rule; it cannot inflate the reward principal reversed beyond the original grant. You are responsible for taxes on your rewards. Haptickk may require a tax form, perform legally required withholding, and issue information returns when applicable. Reporting thresholds do not determine whether earnings are taxable. Closing an account or falling below a reporting threshold does not remove tax obligations.

Honest promotion and program integrity

Clearly disclose near a referral recommendation that you may earn a reward. Do not promise guaranteed income, lifelong rewards, platform employment, or commissions for recruiting a network. Do not spam, buy stolen contact lists, impersonate Haptickk, inject links or cookies without a genuine user action, fabricate businesses, or manufacture transactions. Do not condition a review on positive sentiment or conceal a paid relationship. Any paid promotion must comply with applicable advertising, electronic-marketing, and privacy requirements.

Changes, suspension, and termination

Changes to rates, eligibility, or earning windows apply prospectively with required notice and acceptance. A bound business whose window has activated retains its accepted rate and window unless continuation is prohibited by law, the original referral is invalid, or another lawful ground under the accepted rules requires adjustment. Ending new enrollment does not automatically cancel valid existing windows or accrued rewards. We may suspend affected participation for supported fraud, safety, legal, or payment risks and provide review where appropriate. Termination does not eliminate valid earned amounts, lawful holds, supported reversals, or debts. Dormant amounts are handled under applicable unclaimed-property law, not automatically confiscated. New shared-negative-balance and collection provisions apply prospectively to rewards from underlying transactions occurring after these revised provisions become effective and are accepted. Earlier rewards remain governed by their accepted terms unless another valid agreement or law applies. The general Terms govern liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and notices.
