Is Haptickk available in my area?

Haptickk is launching in specific markets and expanding from there. Open the app to see whether Providers currently serve your location. If not, you can join the notification list for your area.

Do I need an account to browse Providers?

Accepted Answer

You can browse Providers in Guest mode with limited features. Guest mode lets you view Providers, categories, and service details, but you must sign in to book, message a Provider, save favorites, or leave a review.

Do I need an account to book a service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You must create a Haptickk account, verify your contact information, and add a payment method before completing a booking.

Is Haptickk an agency or employer of Providers?

Accepted Answer

No. Providers on Haptickk are independent professionals or independent businesses that offer services directly to Customers. Haptickk provides the platform where Customers and Providers connect and transact, but Haptickk does not employ Providers or perform services itself.

How do I create a Haptickk customer account?

Download the app, tap “Sign Up,” and follow the prompts to enter your name, email address, phone number, and password. You will be asked to verify your email before completing setup.

Can I have multiple customer accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. Each person may hold only one Haptickk customer account, tied to a unique email address and phone number.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Accepted Answer

Tap “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed instructions. If you no longer have access to your email or phone number, contact support through the app.

How do I close or delete my customer account?

Accepted Answer

You may request account deletion in your account settings or by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to complete pending bookings, payouts, tax reporting, or disputes.

Can I use Haptickk if I am under 18?

No. Haptickk is intended for users who are 18 years or older, or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

How do I book a service on Haptickk?

Search or browse for a service, choose a Provider, select an available time slot, add any notes for the Provider, confirm your address (for at-home services) or the Provider’s location, and complete payment.

Can I schedule recurring services through Haptickk?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recurring bookings are supported. When you book with a Provider, you may set a repeating schedule (for example, weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Each recurring instance is confirmed on its own timeline, and standard cancellation and reschedule rules apply to each instance.

Can I book the same Provider again quickly?

Yes. Haptickk offers Smart Rebooking suggestions in your booking history so you can rebook a favorite Provider with just a few taps.

Can I message a Provider before I book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can send in-app messages to a Provider before booking to ask questions about their services. Messaging outside of Haptickk to arrange bookings that bypass Haptickk’s payment system is not allowed.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Accepted Answer

You will see confirmation in the app and receive an email and, where applicable, an SMS or push notification. Reminders are sent as your appointment approaches.

What happens if my booking time passes and the Provider never arrives?

Report the no-show through the booking screen. Haptickk will investigate and, where the Provider is at fault, issue a refund consistent with our Refunds policy.

Will I see the price before I confirm a booking?

Yes. Haptickk shows an itemized cost breakdown before you confirm, including the base service price, any add-ons, applicable taxes, and the Customer Transaction Fee.

What is the Customer Transaction Fee?

The Customer Transaction Fee is $1.00 plus 4% of the base service price. It appears as a clearly labeled line item at checkout, on your receipt, and in your booking history.

Does Haptickk require a deposit at booking?

Accepted Answer

For most bookings on Haptickk, your payment method is authorized at booking, and the full amount is charged when the service is completed. Certain services—particularly Events & Media, Culinary, and Wellness bookings that require significant Provider preparation, longer sessions, or reserved capacity—may require a deposit at booking. When a deposit applies, the amount and the refund rules for that deposit are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

Are packages and bundles supported?

Yes. Providers may offer packages (for example, five sessions for a discounted total). Packages you purchase appear in your account, and you can redeem sessions when you book. Package refund and expiration rules are shown at purchase.

Are taxes and platform fees included in the price shown?

Yes. Applicable taxes, the Customer Transaction Fee, and any add-ons are itemized in your cost breakdown before you confirm.

How are payments processed on Haptickk?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed securely through Haptickk’s third-party payment processor. You pay Haptickk at the time of the booking, and Haptickk remits funds to the Provider net of the applicable Provider Platform Fee.

Do I pay Haptickk or the Provider directly?

You pay Haptickk through the app. Providers are paid by Haptickk on their normal payout schedule. Do not pay Providers outside the app for services booked on Haptickk.

Is my payment information stored on Haptickk?

Full card details are stored by Haptickk’s third-party payment processor, not by Haptickk directly. Haptickk retains limited information such as the last four digits and card type to help you identify your saved payment methods.

Are tips included in the price, or can I tip separately?

Tips are optional and added separately by the Customer. When a tip is enabled for a service, you can add one after the booking is completed.

Do I receive a receipt for my booking?

Yes. Receipts are available in your booking history and are also sent by email. Customers can request additional invoice details from the Provider directly.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You may cancel through your booking history. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the Provider’s cancellation policy and how close to the appointment you cancel.

Will I be charged if I cancel?

Depending on the Provider’s policy and timing, you may: not be charged at all; be charged a partial fee; or be charged the full booking amount. The applicable policy is shown at the time of booking.

What happens if the Provider cancels on me?

You will receive a full refund of any amounts charged for that booking, and you may be offered options to rebook with the same Provider at another time or with a different Provider.

I was unhappy with the service. Can I receive a refund or credit?

Report the issue in the app within the timeframe stated in our Refunds policy. Haptickk will review the report and, where appropriate, may issue a refund, credit, or partial adjustment. Haptickk’s refund decisions are final.

Are Providers on Haptickk verified?

Providers are asked to complete identity verification and, depending on their service category, may be required to provide additional documentation such as licenses, certifications, or insurance. Haptickk performs verification consistent with applicable law, but no verification process is perfect.

Providers must complete Haptickk’s onboarding, provide required documentation, and agree to our Provider Terms and Community Guidelines. Certain categories require additional checks (for example, background checks conducted by a third-party background check provider in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state law).

Do Providers have to be licensed or insured?

Some services require licenses or certifications under state or local law (for example, certain Beauty, Fitness, Wellness, and Culinary services). Providers must comply with all applicable requirements. Haptickk may require documentation but does not independently guarantee licensing.

Yes. You can favorite Providers and rebook the same Provider through your booking history.

What if a Provider behaves unprofessionally or unsafely?

Requirements vary by service and jurisdiction. Providers must comply with all applicable laws and hold any credentials required in their location. For high-risk activities, Haptickk may require Providers to attest to specific credentials.

Accepted Answer

Fitness services on Haptickk include personal training, small-group training, yoga, Pilates, stretching, and similar movement-based services. Higher-risk formats such as heavy strength coaching typically require Providers to attest to appropriate certifications. Haptickk may require Customers to acknowledge liability waivers or medical-clearance statements provided by the Provider.

Culinary services include personal chef bookings, private dinners, cooking classes, and similar experiences. Providers must comply with local food-safety and food-handler laws. Haptickk does not sell food or handle food itself.

Events & Media covers photography, videography, DJ services, MC services, event coordination, livestreaming, podcast production, and similar creative services. Music-licensing and image-rights responsibilities remain with the Provider and, where applicable, the Customer. Providers may charge deposits and require signed engagement agreements.

Wellness includes massage, bodywork, meditation, breathwork, and similar practitioner-led sessions. Wellness Providers may not offer medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or psychotherapy services on Haptickk unless separately licensed to do so. Haptickk does not permit any listing that a reasonable person would perceive as sexual in nature.

Lifestyle — Car Detailing

Car Detailing on Haptickk is a cosmetic appearance service only, covering exterior wash, interior cleaning, and detailing packages. It does not include tire changes, mechanical repairs, oil changes, towing, roadside assistance, or any service that requires operating the Customer’s vehicle away from the service location. Providers must comply with local rules on water use, runoff, and permitted service locations, and Customers must confirm that their location allows car washing.

Hair, Nails, Lashes & Brows, Skincare, and Barbering. This includes both in-salon and, where offered, mobile appointments.

Are stylists and barbers licensed?

In most U.S. jurisdictions, certain Beauty & Grooming services require state licensure. Providers are responsible for holding required licenses. Haptickk may require documentation of licensure for eligible services.

Do Beauty Providers accept walk-ins?

Walk-in booking generally is not supported on Haptickk. Booking through the app secures your slot and your price and lets Haptickk protect the transaction.

What if I have a dispute with a Provider?

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the Provider through in-app messaging. If that does not work, open a support ticket. Haptickk may mediate but does not guarantee any particular outcome.

What if my card is charged incorrectly?

Report the charge in the booking screen or through support as soon as possible. Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting Haptickk—our support team is usually the fastest way to resolve billing issues.

Does Haptickk sell my personal information?

Haptickk does not sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state privacy laws define “sale” and “share” broadly to include certain advertising practices. You may opt out of that use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Transactional and service messages (booking confirmations, receipts, security notices, and support responses) are part of the platform experience. Marketing communications are optional and subject to your preferences and applicable law. For SMS marketing, Haptickk complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Under the FCC’s one-to-one consent rule effective January 2026, consent you provide for Haptickk’s marketing is used solely by Haptickk and is not shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing.

Who can join Infinity?

Individual customers who are 18 or older, hold a single Haptickk account in good standing, and complete any required identity verification and tax onboarding. Businesses and organizations are not eligible.

How does Infinity pay out?

Rate: 1% of the Qualified Booking Value (the base service price before taxes, tips, add-ons, platform fees, and the Customer Transaction Fee). Earning Window: Ten (10) full calendar months from the Referred Provider’s first eligible booking. Rolling Hold: 7 days between booking settlement and available balance. Clawback Window: 14 days for refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Minimum withdrawal: $25. Withdrawal fees: 10% for withdrawals between $25.00 and $99.99, and 5% for withdrawals of $100.00 or more. Payout method: Bank transfer, no in-app credits. No instant payouts. Actual settlement typically takes 3 to 5 business days from approval.

What happens if I market Infinity as an “MLM” or “get-rich” opportunity?

That violates our Infinity Program Terms. Infinity is a single-level referral program, not a multi-level marketing program. Misleading marketing can lead to forfeiture of rewards and suspension of your Infinity access.

Download the app, create a customer account, then on your profile page select “Become a Provider,” and complete the onboarding flow. You will be asked for business information, identity verification documents, any category-specific credentials, tax information, and payout details.
