Does Haptickk perform services or produce every event?

Accepted Answer

No. The provider performs the booked service, and the organizer is responsible for its event. Haptickk supplies marketplace, booking, ticketing, and payment-administration tools and remains responsible for its own legal and contractual duties.

Question 4

Do I need an account, and can minors attend events?

Accepted Answer

Account holders and rewards participants must be adults. An adult may buy a ticket for a minor only where the event permits age-appropriate attendance and the adult has the necessary authority; event age restrictions still apply.

Are every provider's credentials guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Providers must meet applicable licensing and insurance requirements, and Haptickk may conduct or request relevant checks. A listing, badge, review, or referral is not a guarantee of safety, credentials, or performance. Ask the business about qualifications material to your purchase.

What does a customer pay in service fees?

The standard Customer Service Fee, also called the Customer Transaction Fee, is $1 plus 4% of the undiscounted Base Service Price. These are two labels for the same fee, not separate charges.

Does a provider discount reduce either service-booking fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Both the customer service fee and provider platform fee use the undiscounted Base Service Price, even if the service is discounted. A fee changes only if an applicable disclosed fee waiver or refund adjustment applies.

Can you show a discounted-service example?

For a $100 service with a $20 provider-funded discount, the service charge is $80, the customer fee is $5, and the provider fee is $2.80. Before tax, tips, and other authorized adjustments, the customer pays $85 and the provider receives $77.20.

What does the provider pay?

The standard provider platform fee is $0.30 plus 2.5% of the undiscounted Base Service Price for a completed booking. Provider-funded discounts reduce provider proceeds, but do not reduce that fee base. Infinity is not an additional deduction from provider proceeds.

Are taxes and tips included in those percentage bases?

No. Taxes and voluntary tips are excluded. Separately purchased items are not automatically part of the Base Service Price unless the disclosed schedule identifies an eligible service component.

When will I see the total and be charged?

Review the total and itemized breakdown before confirming. The transaction disclosure must explain any deposit, authorization hold, later balance, or recurring charge. Do not assume every service uses the same capture timing.

Standard provider ACH payouts have no Haptickk standard-payout fee. Where enabled, optional provider Instant Payout costs 2.5% of the amount transferred, with a $1 minimum. Payment and banking checks can affect timing.

No. The optional service-provider Pro plan is $14.99 per month where offered, with benefits shown before enrollment. Organizer Pro is separate. Neither a subscription nor a promotion removes fees that are not expressly waived.

What does a ticket buyer pay in fees?

For each paid ticket, the buyer fee is $2 plus 4% for ticket service and 2.5% for payment processing. That is a combined $2 plus 6.5% of the applicable ticket price before taxes and buyer fees.

Is the $2 charged once per order?

No. It applies to each paid ticket. For two $50 paid tickets, buyer ticket service fees total $8 and payment-processing fees total $2.50, making the purchase $110.50 before applicable tax.

How do ticket discounts affect the buyer fee?

Under this ticket schedule, percentage fees use the ticket price after a valid ticket discount. The service-booking discount-independent rule is separate. For a $50 ticket discounted to $40, the buyer fee is $4.60 and the total is $44.60 before tax. The fixed paid-ticket fee is not automatically waived by a discount.

Mandatory calculable fees must be included in the prominently displayed advertised total where required, not revealed only at the final checkout step. The purchase also provides a fee and tax breakdown.

Is the buyer's processing fee the organizer's fee?

No. The buyer's 2.5% payment-processing component is separate from the free-plan organizer's 2.5% platform fee. The buyer's processing fee is a disclosed Haptickk price component, not a claim that its processor charges exactly that amount for every payment.

What does the organizer free plan cost?

There is no Organizer Pro subscription charge on the free plan, but the organizer pays a 2.5% platform fee on each paid ticket's applicable price before taxes and buyer fees. The free plan permits up to 50 complimentary tickets per event; that is not a 50-ticket cap on total paid sales.

What does Organizer Pro cost?

Organizer Pro is $59.99 per month where offered and removes the 2.5% organizer platform fee for eligible ticket sales under the accepted plan rules. Buyer fees, taxes, Swarm campaign costs, refunds, disputes, and applicable reserves still apply. Review the disclosed effect on unsettled sales before changing plans.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Only where a lawful transfer or resale option is expressly enabled for that ticket. Do not share or duplicate its QR code, and do not assume a resale or transfer feature exists.

What if a provider or organizer cancels?

Accepted Answer

For business-caused complete non-delivery, the buyer receives the affected purchase price, mandatory buyer fees, and refundable taxes. For tickets, this includes the buyer payment-processing fee. A compulsory credit cannot replace a money refund you are entitled to receive.

What if I cancel or simply do not attend?

Accepted Answer

The cancellation policy disclosed before purchase applies, subject to law. Retention of any customer fee must also have been clearly disclosed and lawful. A “non-refundable” label does not remove remedies for fraud, cancellation, material misdescription, or non-delivery.

What if only part of the purchase was affected?

Accepted Answer

Support will assess the affected value, original discount allocation, accepted policy, and evidence for an appropriate partial or full remedy. Refunds return amounts actually paid, not a list price you did not pay.

How long do I have to report a problem?

Use the deadline shown in the affected booking or order for ordinary support requests. If the date is missing or contradictory, or an event is cancelled later, contact support. Ordinary request windows do not eliminate mandatory refund or card-dispute rights.

No. Fee treatment depends on the reason for the refund, the disclosed policy, and applicable law. Haptickk-caused errors and business-caused complete non-delivery require correction of affected mandatory buyer fees under the refund policy.

Can money be recovered after a payout?

Yes. Supported refunds, accepted or finally lost disputes, fraud, and other valid reversals can require adjustments after merchant or reward payouts. Expiration of an ordinary hold does not make a payment immune from later recovery.

Who pays a processor dispute fee?

The responsible provider or organizer pays the actual, unmarked-up processor dispute fee only when the dispute is accepted or finally lost, under prospectively accepted terms. Haptickk absorbs it on a won dispute unless the processor returns it. Corresponding reimbursements are credited and no fee is collected twice.

What does Infinity reward?

Direct recruitment of a genuinely new qualifying provider or event organizer, followed by eligible paid activity. It does not reward ordinary customer signups or recruiting a downstream network of referrers.

What does “first business only” mean?

The referral binds to the referred user's first eligible business profile, either provider or organizer. Creating a second business type does not add another earning stream or reset the window.

What is the reward rate and earning period?

The standard rate is 1% for ten calendar months from the applicable activation instant. This is not “forever” or the end of ten additional full months. The program terms define activation separately for provider bookings and organizer ticket sales.

For providers, it is the genuine original Base Service Price before discounts, excluding specified taxes, fees, tips, and separate add-ons; qualifying bookings must have at least a $35 eligible base and be completed, paid, and settled. For organizers, it is qualifying paid-ticket value after ticket discounts and before taxes and buyer fees. The $35 minimum is limited to provider bookings.

Who funds Infinity?

Haptickk funds Infinity rewards from its revenue. They are not an extra commission owed by a provider or organizer to the referrer.

When can I withdraw?

Provider rewards have a seven-day minimum hold after settlement of a qualifying completed booking. Organizer rewards also depend on event completion, settlement, and the disclosed ticket-reward hold. Once rewards are available and any deficit is cleared, the shared withdrawal minimum is $25.

What are the withdrawal fees?

Under the revised fee schedule effective October 10, 2026, an Infinity withdrawal costs $1.50 plus 0.5% of the gross Infinity amount withdrawn. A Swarm withdrawal costs 10% of the gross Swarm amount withdrawn, with no additional fixed Swarm fee. These are withdrawal fees, not reward-earning rates or percentages of ticket sales or service-booking prices. For a mixed withdrawal, calculate each program's fee on its own portion and add the components. Charge the $1.50 only once when Infinity funds are included; do not charge it for a Swarm-only withdrawal. There is no additional shared-wallet fee. The program portions, fee breakdown, and net amount must be shown before confirmation. For example, $100 from Infinity has a $2 fee and pays out $98; $100 from Swarm has a $10 fee and pays out $90; $100 from each program in one $200 withdrawal has a $12 total fee and pays out $188, before any legally required withholding. The shared $25 minimum is unchanged and applies to the combined eligible amount after offsets and legally required withholding, before the withdrawal fee, not separately to each program's portion. Additional verification may be required above $250; that amount is not the withdrawal minimum. The new schedule applies prospectively subject to required notice, acceptance, and protection of previously accepted entitlements; it does not reprice earlier withdrawals.

Is the full Infinity withdrawal fee charged every time?

Yes. Every separate withdrawal containing Infinity funds incurs $1.50 plus 0.5% of the Infinity portion in that withdrawal, even if you withdraw again the same day or from the same previously earned rewards. Both components apply again; the fee is not charged only once per account or day. Two separate $100 Infinity withdrawals each cost $2, for $4 in total fees. One $200 Infinity withdrawal costs $2.50.

What is Swarm?

Swarm lets approved promoters earn campaign rewards on qualifying event-ticket purchases. The organizer funds those rewards from attributed ticket proceeds. It is not a launch promise of commissions on service bookings.

Which promoter gets credit?

Accepted Answer

The last valid intentional promoter-link click wins if the purchase is made before the 30-day expiration and before campaign or ticket eligibility closes. A purchase at the exact expiration instant is too late. An ordinary view, app reopening, or Haptickk marketing message does not restart the clock.

Can Haptickk's own email take my attribution away?

Accepted Answer

Not merely by bringing the buyer back while your attribution remains valid. It also cannot revive your expired attribution. A later valid click on another eligible promoter's link can replace yours.

How are rewards calculated?

Accepted Answer

Use the accepted campaign formula and version. Percentage rewards use eligible ticket value after discounts, excluding taxes and buyer fees. Fixed rewards must specify whether they apply per ticket or per order. A click alone does not earn money.

When does a Swarm reward become available?

Accepted Answer

After event completion, payment settlement, the campaign's disclosed post-event hold, and clearance of applicable disputes or other restrictions. A closed campaign does not automatically erase a valid earlier sale.

Is the 10% Swarm withdrawal fee the promoter's earning rate?

Accepted Answer

No. Your earning rate is set by the accepted campaign. The 10% withdrawal fee applies to your gross Swarm rewards being withdrawn, not to the underlying ticket price. If you withdraw Infinity rewards at the same time, the separate Infinity component is $1.50 plus 0.5% of that Infinity portion, as explained above.

Can my shared rewards balance become negative?

Yes. A valid reversal after withdrawal may create a negative Swarm/Infinity balance. Future earnings from either program first cover that deficit. Withdrawals resume only after the deficit is cleared and the positive available balance meets the $25 minimum.

Will Haptickk automatically debit my bank for a reward clawback?

Accepted Answer

No. The approved recovery method uses the shared rewards balance and future earnings, not an automatic external-bank debit. Fraud or material unpaid debt may lead to lawful recovery after notice and review.

Does the hold limit later clawbacks?

Accepted Answer

No. A legitimate later refund, finally lost dispute, fraud finding, or error correction may require a reversal after the ordinary hold or earning period. Reversals use the original grant and rule, cannot duplicate recovery, and cannot exceed that grant's principal.

Can I appeal an incorrect adjustment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contact support@haptickk.com with the relevant transaction or reward reference and evidence. Haptickk will review credible errors and correct verified inaccuracies. Tax-only or fee-only refunds should not erase ticket-value rewards by themselves.

Must I disclose that I may earn a reward?

Yes. Explain the financial connection clearly near your recommendation, for example, “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Do not promise guaranteed earnings or hide the relationship.

Not automatically. Organizers may use necessary information for event delivery and other independently lawful purposes. Unrelated marketing requires its own valid legal basis and any required consent.

Yes, as applicable. Reply STOP or use another reasonable revocation method for covered texts, use email unsubscribe controls, and use the relevant privacy or device controls. How do I delete my account or cancel a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Use available account and subscription controls, or contact support if they fail. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription or erase a pending refund, payout adjustment, tax record, or supported debt.
