These Guidelines apply to everyone using Haptickk, including customers, providers, organizers, ticket purchasers, account-holding attendees, Infinity referrers, and Swarm promoters. They cover listings, profiles, messages, public content, reviews, referrals, campaign promotion, and conduct connected with a Haptickk service or event, including relevant offline conduct. They supplement the general Terms and product-specific terms. They do not create an emergency response service or remove any right protected by law.
Do not threaten, harass, stalk, dox, exploit, or intimidate another person. Hate speech or discriminatory treatment based on a legally protected characteristic is prohibited. Respect requests to stop unwanted contact. Providers and organizers must follow applicable nondiscrimination and accessibility duties. Legitimate age, licensing, or safety restrictions must be lawful, accurate, relevant to the activity, and disclosed in advance. Do not disguise prejudice as a safety policy. Respect personal and professional boundaries. Obtain consent before physical contact and stop when consent is withdrawn. Do not pressure a customer or attendee to accept unwanted conduct to preserve a refund, ticket, or service entitlement.
No violence, unlawful weapons, sexual exploitation, trafficking, child abuse, illegal drugs, money laundering, counterfeit tickets, unlawful gambling, or other criminal activity. Do not use Haptickk to offer sexual services or deceptive medical treatments. Providers and organizers must take reasonable precautions appropriate to their work and comply with licensing, sanitation, equipment, occupancy, accessibility, age-verification, and other applicable safety requirements. Alcohol-related services require lawful authorization and responsible service; a ticket does not override age laws. Fitness and wellness providers must remain within their competence and lawful scope. Culinary providers must handle food safely and communicate relevant allergy information. Car Detailing is cosmetic work only, not vehicle repair, towing, or off-site driving. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency responders first. Report the issue to Haptickk when safe. Haptickk cannot guarantee immediate monitoring or emergency intervention.
Use your real identity and accurately represent business authority, qualifications, licenses, insurance, event details, inventory, service scope, and deliverables. Do not create fake profiles, fabricate badges, misstate performer commitments, or advertise an event you cannot lawfully provide. Disclose mandatory charges and material restrictions before purchase and include them in advertised totals where required. Do not use false reference prices or misleading discounts. Customer service and provider platform fees on service bookings use the undiscounted base, so a discount must not be marketed as a fee reduction unless a fee waiver is actually offered. Honor confirmed transactions, communicate material changes promptly, and cooperate with valid refunds and support requests. Do not mark a service complete or a ticket scanned when it was not. Do not divert an agreed Platform transaction off-platform to evade its fees.
Do not duplicate ticket codes, sell counterfeit or speculative tickets, exceed authorized inventory, evade purchase limits with bots, or obtain admission through deception. Ticket transfers or resale are permitted only through enabled, lawful arrangements. Swarm promoters must follow the accepted campaign and clearly disclose the possibility of earning a commission near the recommendation. Infinity referrers must clearly disclose their reward relationship. Do not imply lifelong earnings, guaranteed income, Haptickk employment, or downstream recruitment commissions. Self-purchases through a promoter's own link, fake businesses, circular referrals, coerced clicks, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, click farms, sham transactions, and duplicate identities used to generate rewards are prohibited. Do not falsify evidence to obtain or avoid a clawback. The first-business Infinity rule cannot be bypassed by deleting a profile, creating a second business type, or registering the same business again. Campaign closure and account deletion do not erase valid financial obligations.
Reviews must be based on genuine experience. No fake reviews, impersonated reviewers, undisclosed insider testimonials, or coordinated rating manipulation. Do not publish a review for your own business. No payment, discount, gift, refund, or other benefit may be conditioned on a review expressing positive or negative sentiment. This prohibition has no exception for a Haptickk promotion. Any otherwise lawful, unconditional review incentive or material connection must be disclosed clearly. Do not threaten a reviewer, manufacture a legal complaint to suppress criticism, or require removal of an honest review before honoring a refund. Haptickk does not remove a review merely because it is negative. It may remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, or privacy-violating content and redact personal information without changing the review's meaning.
Do not share another person's private contact details, address, payment information, identity documents, ticket code, or private messages without authority. Access customer or attendee information only for your authorized role and lawful purpose. Protect exports and remove personnel access when it is no longer needed. Do not sell customer or attendee lists or treat a purchase as blanket marketing consent. Promotional email, texts, and calls require compliance with applicable consent and opt-out rules. Stop unlawful unwanted outreach. Obtain necessary permission before recording private interactions or using a person's image for advertising. Special care and required parental authorization apply to minors. Only upload or promote content you own or are authorized to use, including music, artist images, event artwork, and commissioned media. Use the DMCA process for genuine copyright claims, not payment disputes or efforts to silence lawful criticism.
Report issues through available in-app reporting tools or support@haptickk.com with the transaction or content reference, what happened, and relevant evidence. Do not post private evidence publicly to pressure another person. Depending on seriousness, evidence, and repeated conduct, Haptickk may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, pause sales or campaigns, suspend an account, or terminate access. Immediate action may be necessary for a serious safety, security, fraud, or legal concern. We may notify authorities where required or appropriate under law. Financial holds and reversals follow the financial-adjustments policy, not arbitrary penalties in these Guidelines. Legitimate earned amounts are not automatically forfeited for an unrelated content violation. We may preserve evidence and withhold sensitive investigation details when needed for privacy, safety, or law. If you believe enforcement was mistaken, contact support with relevant information. Haptickk will review credible evidence and correct verified errors. Nothing here waives a legal remedy or prevents a good-faith complaint to a regulator.
Material changes follow the general Terms' notice and acceptance requirements. New restrictions do not create retroactive financial penalties. Support: support@haptickk.com. Legal notices: legal@haptickk.com. Haptick LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, STE 19854, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
