Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, bookings history, reviews, and personal data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. If you have an active booking or outstanding balance, please resolve those before proceeding.

Open the Haptickk appMake sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your ProfileTap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap “Request” or “Manage”The button is labelled “Request” in the mobile app and “Manage” on the web. Follow the steps shown to confirm your deletion request.

Your account is marked for deletionYour account remains accessible for 30 days. To cancel, return to the same screen and tap “Cancel Deletion Request” before the 30-day window closes.

30-day grace period. After you submit your deletion request, your account is deactivated immediately but your data is not permanently removed for 30 days. If you change your mind, you can reactivate by logging back in within that window. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Deactivating instead
Deactivating is a pause, not an erasure. Your account is hidden and signed out everywhere, and nothing is deleted. Sign back in at any time and it returns as it was.

You are signed out on every device, and push notifications stop
Bookings and tickets you already hold are kept
None of your data is erased
Deactivation is reversible: signing in again reactivates the account. Deletion is not. If you want your data removed, use the steps above.
