Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, bookings history, reviews, and personal data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. If you have an active booking or outstanding balance, please resolve those before proceeding.
Delete from the app

Open the Haptickk appMake sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your ProfileTap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap “Request”Fill out the steps shown in the app to confirm your deletion request.

Your account is marked for deletionYour account remains accessible for 30 days. To cancel, go back to the same screen and tap “Cancel Deletion Request” before the 30-day window closes.

Reviews and ratings you left
Saved payment methods
Messages and chat history
Infinity referral links and balance
Retained for compliance
Transaction records (up to 7 years)

30-day grace period. After you submit your deletion request, your account is deactivated immediately but your data is not permanently removed for 30 days. If you change your mind, you can reactivate by logging back in within that window. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
