This Cookie Policy explains how Haptick LLC (“Haptickk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Haptickk website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this Policy, subject to your rights and choices in Section 6.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or app that store information about your visit.
• Web beacons and pixels are tiny images embedded in pages, emails, or ads that allow us to understand engagement.
• Local storage and SDKs are on-device technologies used by mobile apps to store settings, cached data, and analytics identifiers.
• Mobile identifiers are unique identifiers assigned by your device operating system (for example, advertising identifiers) that we may use with your permission.

For simplicity, this Policy uses the word “cookies” to refer to all of these technologies unless it is helpful to distinguish among them.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Haptickk uses cookies that fall into the following categories.

2.1 Strictly Necessary

These cookies are required for the Platform to function. They:

• Enable sign-in and session management.
• Support checkout, payment, and payout flows.
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and secure the Platform.
• Load-balance traffic and maintain platform stability.

Because these cookies are essential, you cannot disable them through Haptickk’s cookie controls. Disabling them entirely through your browser or device settings may break core functionality.

2.2 Functional

Functional cookies remember your preferences and help personalize your experience. They:

• Remember your language, region, and display preferences.
• Save recent searches and filters.
• Remember booking form entries so you can resume where you left off.
• Support in-app messaging features.

2.3 Analytics and Performance

Analytics cookies help us understand how users interact with Haptickk so we can improve it. They:

• Measure pages viewed, features used, session duration, and drop-off points.
• Identify errors, crashes, and slow flows.
• Test new features and compare user experiences (A/B testing).
• Aggregate anonymized usage patterns to guide product decisions.

Where required by law, we use analytics cookies only with your consent.

2.4 Advertising and Marketing

Advertising cookies help us and our marketing partners measure and improve the effectiveness of Haptickk’s marketing.

They may:

• Measure attribution for advertisements shown on third-party platforms.
• Support Customer Match and lookalike audiences on advertising networks.
• Track downloads of the Haptickk app.
• Personalize Haptickk marketing content within the Platform.

Where required by law, we use advertising cookies only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time through Haptickk’s cookie controls or applicable browser signals.

3. First-Party and Third-Party Cookies

• First-party cookies are set by Haptickk domains and apps.
• Third-party cookies are set by service providers that help us operate the Platform, such as analytics, advertising, and security providers. These third parties place cookies subject to their own privacy policies, and we require them by contract to use the information only to provide services to Haptickk in accordance with our instructions and applicable law.

4. Data We Collect Through Cookies

Depending on the cookie category, we may collect:

• Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution, language).
• Network information (IP address, general geolocation, and connection type).
• Usage information (pages viewed, actions taken, search queries, click patterns, referring URL, and time on page).
• Advertising identifiers, where you have provided the required permissions on your device.
• App performance information (crash logs, error events, and diagnostic data).

We combine cookie-derived information with other information we hold, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. How Long Cookies Last

Cookies are either “session” cookies, which expire when you close your browser or app, or “persistent” cookies, which remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. Persistent cookies used by Haptickk typically expire within 24 months, though some cookies used for security or fraud prevention may last longer where allowed by law.

6. Your Choices

You have several options for managing cookies and similar technologies.

6.1 Haptickk Cookie Controls

On the Haptickk website, you can access our cookie preferences through the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. From there you can accept or reject non-essential categories such as Functional, Analytics, and Advertising.

Within the Haptickk mobile app, you can manage marketing and personalization preferences in your account settings.

6.2 Browser and Device Controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies will likely break core functionality of the Platform.

Mobile operating systems allow you to reset or opt out of advertising identifiers. On iOS and Android, you can manage advertising identifiers and app tracking permissions through your device settings.

6.3 Global Privacy Signals

We respect the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal on the Haptickk website in jurisdictions where required by law. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

6.4 Do Not Track

Because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals, Haptickk does not currently respond to DNT signals separately from the GPC and other opt-out signals described in Section 6.3.

6.5 Automated Decision-Making Technology

Certain U.S. state privacy laws provide additional rights concerning automated decision-making technology. In California, beginning January 1, 2027, you will have the right to opt out of certain uses of automated decision-making technology that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Instructions for exercising this right will be provided as required by law.

7. Cookies in Marketing Emails and Notifications

Marketing emails and certain in-app notifications may include pixels or trackers that help us understand which messages you open or interact with. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those messages or by adjusting your notification settings in the app.

8. International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your cookie-related information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, subject to the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do:

• We will post the updated Policy with a new “Last Updated” date.
• For material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as an in-app notice or a website banner, where required by law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy, subject to your right to adjust your cookie preferences at any time.
