Swarm is Haptickk's optional event-ticket promotion program. An organizer offers a disclosed reward for qualifying ticket purchases attributable to an approved promoter's valid link. A promoter earns only for eligible results under an accepted campaign, not for impressions, clicks, recruitment, or an uncompleted sale. These Terms supplement the Haptickk Terms of Use and Provider Terms, Event Ticketing and Organizer Terms, and Refunds, Cancellations and Financial Adjustments Policy. Swarm is distinct from Infinity: Swarm promotes ticket purchases; Infinity rewards direct recruitment of a new eligible business. Launch Swarm campaigns under these Terms cover event-ticket sales only, not service-booking commissions.
A promoter must be an individual at least 18 with one personal account in good standing and must satisfy identity, tax, and payout requirements. An organizer must have authority to run and fund the event campaign and have a business account in good standing. Organizer staff cannot evade self-referral or funding restrictions through aliases. A promoter must be approved for the campaign before a link can earn. Campaign acceptance must show the event, participation period, eligible tickets, reward method, eligible base, current rule version, material restrictions, release conditions, and any budget or quantity cap. No unpublished cap may be used retroactively to deny an already valid conversion. Campaign participation does not make a promoter an employee, partner, agent with power to bind Haptickk or the organizer, or owner of the event. Neither Haptickk nor an organizer guarantees a minimum number of sales or earnings.
A campaign may offer a percentage of eligible ticket value or a fixed amount per defined eligible result. The campaign must specify whether a fixed reward is per ticket or per order, how mixed-ticket orders are treated, and how partial refunds affect the reward. For a percentage campaign, the eligible base is the purchased eligible ticket subtotal after ticket discounts, excluding taxes, tips, buyer service fees, buyer payment-processing fees, and unrelated purchases. Complimentary tickets, failed payments, unpaid orders, test transactions, duplicate conversions, prohibited self-purchases, and fraudulent activity do not qualify. Example: an eligible $50 ticket discounted to $40 under a 10% campaign creates a $4 provisional reward. The buyer's $4.60 combined ticket service and payment-processing fees are not part of the reward base. The organizer's platform fee does not increase the reward base.
The organizer and promoter are bound by the campaign version disclosed and accepted for the qualifying activity. Economic edits must create a new version and be disclosed before they govern later eligible clicks and purchases. Haptickk must not silently apply a later reduced rate to an entitlement already earned. A campaign version must define what happens to existing valid clicks when prospective terms change; absent a disclosed accepted transition, preserve the linked rule for the unexpired eligible click.
A qualifying purchase is attributed to the most recent valid, intentional click on an eligible approved promoter's Swarm link, provided the purchase occurs before that click's expiration and while the event and campaign remain eligible. The window begins at the recorded click instant and expires exactly 30 calendar days later. A purchase at or after the expiration instant does not qualify. The effective cutoff is earlier if ticket sales close, the event begins and campaign conversions close, or the applicable campaign becomes ineligible under its disclosed rules. Times are evaluated using recorded UTC instants and displayed to users in the relevant local time zone. A valid click requires an eligible promoter, active link, eligible event and campaign, and a genuine user action that can be reliably associated with the purchaser. A later valid click on a different promoter's link replaces the earlier one. A later genuine click on the same promoter's link may start a fresh window, subject to campaign eligibility. An ordinary event view, Haptickk email or push notification, organic return, app reopening, login replay, background retry, or automatic link resolution neither replaces a still-valid promoter click nor refreshes or revives an expired window. Haptickk-owned marketing does not take a valid attribution away simply by bringing the buyer back. If a purchase begins anonymously, attribution requires the original valid click to be lawfully preserved and linked to the purchasing account without changing its original timestamp. Devices, browser privacy settings, consent choices, app installation, and broken or stripped links can prevent reliable association. Haptickk does not guarantee cross-device attribution or bypass privacy choices to create it. Participants may request correction with contemporaneous evidence; a manual correction must preserve one winning attribution and an audit trail. A campaign closing after a valid sale does not invalidate that sale merely because rewards have not yet been released. A link clicked before closure does not create an entitlement to a purchase after eligibility has ended.
Swarm rewards are organizer-funded marketing expenses, not expenses paid from Haptickk's platform margin. By activating a campaign, the organizer authorizes Haptickk to reserve the calculated reward from the proceeds of each attributed eligible ticket transaction. This allocation is separate from organizer platform fees, buyer fees, taxes, and an event-risk reserve. Before campaign activation, the organizer must receive the reward formula, eligible base, cost examples, applicable caps, and estimated effect on net proceeds. Organizer Pro does not waive campaign funding. Haptickk may reject an economically unfundable campaign, require a separate disclosed funding arrangement, or pause future conversions if funds become insufficient; it may not treat a hidden funding gap as a retroactive reduction of a valid promoter reward. The campaign reward allocation is conditional until the transaction qualifies for release. If a transaction reverses before release, the corresponding allocation is reduced or released as appropriate, coordinated with the buyer refund. Returning a reserve allocation means crediting the organizer's accounting position, not paying out money already owed back to the buyer. If a reward was already released or withdrawn when a transaction reverses, the promoter-side adjustment and organizer-side correction must follow the financial-adjustments policy. Haptickk must not charge the same reward expense twice or let an organizer retain both refunded sale proceeds and an extra duplicate reward reimbursement.
At an eligible paid purchase, a calculated reward is pending, not immediately spendable or withdrawable. Release requires event completion, payment settlement, expiration of the campaign's disclosed post-event hold, and clearance of any refund, dispute, fraud, or legal hold. An event reschedule may move the performance-based release date with notice; it cannot justify indefinite retention without review. The exact post-event hold and its trigger must be shown before participation. A displayed estimate does not shorten a longer legally necessary restriction. The buyer's ordinary support-request window and the reward hold are separate from later chargeback and recovery rights. Released Swarm rewards enter the same personal rewards balance as Infinity, but each program's grants remain separately traceable. The shared minimum withdrawal is $25 after offsets. One withdrawal fee applies: 10% of a gross withdrawal from $25 to $99.99; 5% of a gross withdrawal of $100 or more. The fee and net remittance are shown before confirmation. Verification may be required above $250 or when otherwise reasonably necessary. Rewards do not carry an automatic instant-payout feature.
Refunds and other reversals use the original recorded eligible base, campaign version, and reward grant. Never recompute a historical reward using today's rate or an undiscounted price where the original campaign used a discounted base.
Clearly disclose the financial connection close to the recommendation and link, for example: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Make the disclosure understandable in the format used; do not hide it only in a profile, hashtag pile, or separate terms page. Do not use unsolicited unlawful texts or email, stolen lists, misleading event claims, unauthorized Haptickk branding, guaranteed-income claims, fraudulent clicks, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, bots, fake accounts, or deceptive discount representations. A promoter may not purchase through their own link or arrange sham related-party transactions to collect rewards. You need permission to use event art, artist names, music, photos, testimonials, and attendee content. No incentive may depend on a review being positive or negative. Do not condition a refund or other entitlement on favorable publicity. Use campaign reporting only for administering participation. Promoters do not acquire ownership of purchasers or unrestricted rights to attendee data. Respect privacy, consent, and lawful marketing choices.
Haptickk will provide reward and adjustment records identifying the relevant transaction or privacy-safe reference, campaign version, amount, reason, and balance impact. Request review at support@haptickk.com with relevant evidence. We will correct verified errors and credit corresponding recoveries. Organizers may close future participation as allowed by their campaign, and Haptickk may suspend activity for supported fraud, funding, legal, or safety concerns. Neither action automatically forfeits valid accrued rewards. Undisputed earnings remain payable subject to normal holds, offsets, verification, and applicable law. Material changes apply prospectively after required notice and acceptance. New organizer-funding obligations, negative shared-balance recovery, and other expanded duties apply only to the relevant campaigns or underlying transactions after acceptance and effective implementation; prior grants remain governed by their accepted terms unless validly amended. Reward balances are not bank deposits, investments, or a general-purpose spending account and do not earn interest under this program. Applicable payment and unclaimed-property laws nevertheless control. Participants are responsible for taxes, and Haptickk may request tax documentation, issue information returns, and withhold as required. The general Terms govern indemnification, liability limits and exceptions, dispute resolution, and contact notices.
