Haptickk’s Community Guidelines are the house rules for how everyone on the platform treats each other online in the app and offline during real-world bookings.
Haptickk connects real people and real businesses in the real world. That only works if everyone feels safe, respected, and treated fairly — customers, Providers, and Infinity participants alike. These Community Guidelines apply to every person who uses Haptickk. Providers are also held to additional standards in our Provider Terms and policies, but this page sets the baseline for the entire community.
These expectations apply to your profile and service listings; messages, chats, and calls arranged through Haptickk; photos, videos, and other content you share on Haptickk; reviews and ratings you leave or receive; and behavior during any service, booking, or event arranged through Haptickk, including in-home visits and visits to businesses. If something happens at or around a Haptickk booking — even if it occurs offline — these guidelines still apply.
Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect. You may not:
Firm disagreement is permitted. Personal attacks, hate speech, and targeted harassment are not.
Haptickk is not a place for discrimination. Providers may not reject, cancel, or treat customers differently because of protected characteristics such as race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or age (where services are otherwise appropriate), or post listings or policies that exclude people based on protected characteristics. Customers may not demand discriminatory treatment from Providers. Legitimate age, licensing, or safety restrictions must be neutral, clearly documented, and tied to law or verifiable safety requirements — not to personal prejudice.
Safety is non-negotiable. You may not use or threaten physical violence against anyone; bring weapons to a booking unless they are clearly lawful, required for the service, and disclosed in advance; engage in intimidation, stalking, or following someone after a booking has concluded; or encourage self-harm or suicide, or share content that glorifies self-harm. If you feel unsafe, end the interaction if you can, move to a safe location, and report the situation through the in-app report flow. In any emergency, contact your local emergency services first.
Some conduct is never permitted on Haptickk under any circumstances. You may not use Haptickk for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or forced labor; child sexual abuse or the endangerment of minors in any form; selling or facilitating illegal drugs or controlled substances without proper licensing; organizing or participating in organized crime, fraud rings, or money-laundering schemes; or any other criminal activity. Haptickk may report suspected exploitation, child safety concerns, or serious criminal conduct to law enforcement or other relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
Haptickk is built for legitimate services and experiences. The following are not allowed: explicit sexual services, escorting, or services whose primary purpose is sexual gratification; illegal gambling, unlicensed weapons sales, or other unlawful service offerings; and services that involve significant physical risk without proper training, licensing, or documented safety protocols. If you are unsure whether a service is permitted, you are responsible for reviewing our policies and confirming compliance with applicable law before listing or booking it.
Respecting privacy is part of respecting people. You may not share another person’s personal contact information, home address, financial details, or other sensitive information without their explicit consent; record audio or video of someone in private spaces without clear, prior consent, unless required by law or safety rules that you have disclosed upfront; or publish private conversations or screenshots of in-app chats for the purpose of shaming, harassing, or targeting others.
Haptickk is built on trust. That means no scams or fraud — do not misrepresent who you are, your qualifications, or what you are offering; no fake profiles or impersonation — do not pretend to be someone else, including other Providers, customers, or Haptickk staff; and no off-platform payment schemes designed to circumvent Haptickk fees where our Terms prohibit such arrangements. Do not misuse the Infinity program to generate fake referrals, self-referrals, or circular transactions designed solely to accumulate rewards.
Reviews and referrals carry real weight. They must remain honest. Regarding reviews, you may not post a review for a service you did not actually experience; offer, request, or accept cash, gifts, discounts, or preferential treatment in exchange for only positive reviews or for the removal of negative reviews; post reviews for your own Provider account or coordinate with others to artificially boost ratings; or coordinate review brigading to punish someone with negative reviews.
When sharing Infinity links, you may not make misleading earnings claims including promises of guaranteed or passive income; conceal the fact that you may earn rewards when someone uses your link and completes eligible activity; or spam others with repeated, unwanted link sharing. Keep it simple and honest: if you can earn a reward through a link, say so clearly in plain language.
Providers represent themselves and their businesses through Haptickk. In addition to everything above, Providers are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work safely; maintain environments that are as safe and clean as reasonably possible; respect customers’ homes, property, and personal boundaries at all times; and follow all applicable laws, licenses, and industry standards relevant to their work. If a Provider brings staff or assistants to a job, the Provider is responsible for ensuring that those individuals also comply with these guidelines.
Our goal is to correct behavior where possible and to protect people when necessary. Depending on the circumstances, Haptickk may:
For serious issues including violence, threats, exploitation, human trafficking, child safety concerns, or other serious criminal conduct, Haptickk may also contact law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
If something or someone on Haptickk makes you feel unsafe, or if you believe these guidelines have been violated, use the in-app report button wherever you encounter content or behavior that concerns you. For immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report the issue in the app once you are safe. The more detail you provide — what happened, when, where, and any relevant screenshots or booking IDs — the easier it is for us to understand the situation and take appropriate action.
As Haptickk grows and evolves, these Community Guidelines may be updated. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. If you continue using Haptickk after updates take effect, you are agreeing to follow the revised guidelines.
These Community Guidelines work best when everyone understands them and holds themselves and others to the same standard. By using Haptickk, you are helping build a safer and more respectful service community for everyone.
